A Most attractive "Sillidar" watch by the West End Watch Company dating to around WW2 - Early 1940's. This is a civilian watch, although of near identical appearance to the Military version. These are amongst the best made watches of the period, and are very robust, this example has considerable chrome loss to the bezel but looks fantastic with a virtually perfect enamel dial, and original Blued hands - Works as it should and keeps excellent time. 32mmx40mm
