Vintage Poljot 3133 23 Jewel Chronograph Made in USSR

£295.00Price

This is a classic Poljot 3133 Chronograph, an Icon of Soviet horology produced by the First Moscow Watch Factory (1MWF), dating to the mid-to-late 1980s. This watch is as good as you might find, in super condition, running all working, and keeping time.
A piece of Soviet watchmaking history: A Poljot 3133 Chronograph. This model has the Poljot 3133 manual-wind movement, a robust movement based on the Swiss Valjoux 7734 but upgraded by the factory with more jewels and a higher beat rate.
Technical Specifications:
• Movement: Poljot Calibre 3133 (Manual wind). Re -engineered version of the Swiss Valjoux 7734.  23 Jewels. • Features: Chronograph (stopwatch), 30-minute sub-dial (at 3 o’clock), running seconds (at 9 o’clock), and Date (at 6 o’clock).
• Complications: It features a Telemeter scale (used to measure distance based on the speed of sound, often for timing lightning or artillery) and an internal rotating bezel controlled by the crown at 9 o'clock.
• Case: Chrome-plated brass with a stainless steel screw-down case back.
