1950s Cyma "Navystar" Cymaflex Manual Winding Stainless-Steel Watch
A really impressive 1950s Cyma Navystar Cymaflex .
It has a 34mm Stainless Steel case which has nicely designed facetted lugs, with a black dial, with applied arrow hour markers. It has a signed crown to the right-hand side, with a steel screw back. Inside is the calibre R.459 movement, which is keeping excellent time. The dial is gloss black and is excellent - The hour markers are arrowhead ,with Arabic twelve and six, gold with matching hands, and sweep seconds with applied Cyma logo.
The 34mm Stainless Steel case is superb, marks to the lugs, but overall excellent- 34mm width, 9mm depth and lug-to-lug measurement of 41mm.
The 12-sided screw back which has a polished finish. And it is engraved as a present in 1972 - By which time it was about fifteen years old!
The movement is Cymas own calibre, R.459 manual wind movement, with 17 jewels - 42-hour power reserve and has Cymas own patented Cymaflex shock protection.
A new Condor strap is fitted.
