In lovely condition, a 34mmx40mm chrome on brass cased Timex watch from 1976, the long hot summer - Lovely silver dial in good condition, with just a slight shadow around three - The watch works well, keeps time, all without jewels, inca bloc's or other complications!

Timex began as the Waterbury Clock Company in 1854, known for affordable, mass-produced watches like the 1896 Ingersoll Yankee pocket watch. After a Norwegian takeover during World War II and a rebranding as the United States Time Corporation, the company launched the Timex brand in 1950, focusing on durable, affordable timepieces sold through department stores. Innovations include the popular Indiglo night-light and the Mickey Mouse watch, solidifying Timex's reputation for value and functionality.
