Soviet Men's Watch Raketa North Pole Mechanical Russian Watch USSR Vintage
Another vintage watch of the famous Soviet brand "Pobeda" Pobeda is a part of the history of Russian watches - The Pobeda watch was first made in 1946 - on the anniversary of the victory of the USSR in the Great Patriotic War (WW2).
The first watches were assembled at the Penza watch factory, and by the spring of 1946 the Kirov watch factory began their mass production. Pobeda in its classic form was produced on the conveyors of the Moscow Watch Factory. By the mid-50s, this watch was also launched by the 2nd Moscow Watch Factory. Further, ZiM in Kuibyshev took up the initiative, who continued to produce Pobeda until the mid-90s.
