Fine Garrard 32mm Stainless-Steel Watch With ETA 2391 Movement

A fine quality Garard all steel wristwatch with an ETA 2391 17 Jewel movment.
We have had the watch serviced, and cleaned, and can present it in superb condition, working well, and keeping excellent time.
From the presentation engraving on the case back we can accurately date this watch - Awarded in 1968 to Robert Colvin, for 20 years service from Imperial Chemical Industries Ltd. 
Garrard is the longest serving jewellers in the world, and can trace their history back to 1735.  Quality as always been high – they were appointed the first official Crown Jeweller in 1843, and even now the engagement ring worn by the Duchess of Cambridge was made by them.  This watch is a more standard affair, but the quality is still there.  The stainless steel case has a screw down case back and an inner back, military style to protect the movement.  The movement is a Garrard stamped ETA 2391, which has seventeen jewels and has been meticulously cleaned, and overhauled.  The lugs are drilled in order to make straps more secure.  The dial does have some marks around 8 .
