This model has a traditional automatic 21 jewel 8125 mechanical movement which is visible through the clear caseback the movement has a 40-hour power reserve when fully wound. The accuracy and reliability of this movement is superb, which under the Miyota and Citizen names has enjoyed a forty year production.
 
The Watch has a polished stainless-steel case 43mm wide (excluding Crown) and 50mm lug to lug. Sapphire Crystal Glass ensures the best possible scratch resistance . The black military dial has second intervals and Arabic numerals - Sword hands with sweep second hand - Screw down exhibition back case . It is completed by a substantial nut brown hand made leather strap.
