A fine quality Edox Watch with an eta 2783 movement.
The watch is in good overall condition, it runs to time, the dial has some faint age spotting, the case has some minor plating loss, but not visible whilst being worn.

Edox History
1884: Foundation: Christian Ruefli-Flury, a skilled watchmaker, founded Edox ("measuring of time" in Greek) in Bienne after his wife admired a pocket watch he created for her 25th birthday.
1900: The Logo: The company adopted the hourglass as its logo, symbolizing the measurement of time.
1950s–1960s: Growth & Innovation: By 1955, Edox employed over 500 people. In 1961, they launched the Delfin, featuring a groundbreaking double caseback and double O-ring system for superior water resistance.
1965: Hydro-Sub: Introduced the Hydro-Sub, further cementing their reputation for robust diving watches.
1983: Relocation: Victor Strambini purchased the company and moved production to Les Genevez in the Jura region, where it remains an independent, family-owned firm.
1998: Record Setter: Launched the world's slimmest calendar watch.
2000s–Present: Sports Timing: Edox has established itself as the official timekeeper for high-octane sports, including the World Curling Federation and formerly the Extreme Sailing Series.
