Cyma Cal 486 "Watersport" 34mm 1960 Gentleman's Watch

A fine quality Cyma watch, superb and reliable Tavannes derived  movement which has been serviced. The watch has a minimalist silver dial, with gold batons, matching hands, and sweep seconds.  The 34mmx38mm brass case has some wear marks, but overall, this is a good looking watch - Keeping time.
The Cyma Tavannes 486 watch movement, produced from 1953 to 1960, features an intermediate wheel that enables a large balance and low profile while maintaining its robustness. This layout allows for the placement of the seconds wheel in either the centre or as a sub-second function without requiring additional modifications. Additionally, this movement is manual wind and incorporates a sweep second hand.
