Bentima "Star Automatic" ETA 2454 25 Jewel 34mm Auto Winding Watch

1960's automatic watches really did not get much better than this! - Super quality Bentima watch with an ETA Cal 2454 movement, gold plated case, and a good leather strap - The champagne dial has some age patina although this is a super looking watch - Case 34mmx41mm.
The ETA 2454 is a vintage Swiss automatic mechanical watch movement introduced by ETA SA in the mid-1950s. Featuring 17 to 25 jewels and a frequency of 18,000 vph, it was widely utilized by various mid-century Swiss watch brands for its robust architecture, reliability, and precision.
Bentima was a 20th-century London clock and watch company that later served as UK agents and importers for Oris. The "Bentima Star" line used higher-grade Swiss mechanical lever movements (such as AS, ETA, or Oris-based ébauches) compared to standard pin-pallet Oris models of the era. Known for slim, elegant gold-plated or 9ct solid gold dress cases, minimalist stick dials, and hand-wind or automatic movements.
