1970's H Bailey Burton on Trent Green Dial Gentleman's Bracelet Watch

An attractive watch from the 1970's, with a very attractive green dial which we have had serviced in the Ukraine - The dial has some light finish loss around the sub dial, ageing, but looks great, with it's slim stick markers, inner second track with a sub dial at six. Running to time 38mx42mm case - The bracelet is very comfortable on my 7.5" wrist.
H. Bailey Jewellers was a prominent, historic jewellery and watch shop formerly located at 175 Station Street in Burton-on-Trent. While the shop is no longer open, it leaves behind a legacy of vintage timepieces and collectibles. The building where the jewellers once stood has since been converted and is now home to The Dial, a popular local restaurant and bar that opened its doors in 2002. You will frequently find vintage pocket watches, 17-jewel Swiss wristwatches, and branded leather ring boxes bearing the name "H. Bailey, Burton-on-Trent" circulating on auction platforms and resale sites. These pieces typically date back from the early 1900s through the 1960s.
