1950's Certina 17 Jewel 33mm Gentleman's Dress Watch

Fully overhauled and keeping time, a very attractive Certina watch from the late 50's, superb condition 33mmx42mm case.
Certina was founded in 1888 in Grenchen, Switzerland, by brothers Adolf and Alfred Kurth. Initially a movement and parts supplier, the brand evolved through the introduction of the "Grana" name, the landmark "Double Security" (DS) concept in 1959, and eventual integration into the modern Swatch Group
